Karena alam beserta isinya set up berbagai kondisi yang membuat tubuh benar-benar istirahat … Saat bangun jadi segar …. Sehat, jauh dari sakit dan stress … Apalagi ga ngrokok, happy deh.

Begadang jangan begadang
